order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy.
This information is gathered from all
members and includes, but is not limited to, email address,
first name, last name, address and telephone number. All private
information is confidential and will not be disclosed except
as required by law or a legal process, to enforce the Agreement,
to respond to claims that such content violates the rights
of third-parties or to protect the rights or interests of
the HBAS, its users, members or others.
We do not disclose your email address
nor do we sell it or make it available to any third party.
However the HBAS or its subsidiary may contact you with new
services, products, offers, etc. which may be of interest
to you.
Email addresses may be used in private
correspondence with the user for but not limited to customer
service issues.
We do not store or have access to any
debit or credit card details on the HBAS systems. All online
transactions are executed by Protex, a secure third-party
online transaction service providers.
We have taken preventive measures to
restrict access to sensitive data, as well as to detect and
prohibit certain connections and operations by unauthorized
users. While our measures exceed industry standards, no claim
is made as to the impenetrability of the system under unusual
circumstance or its resilience to future attacks. The HBAS
may access the content of your account in order to identify
and resolve technical problems or service complaints.
All hosting servers collate data
that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type
and IP address. This information is gathered for all visitors
to the site.
