The service is intended to allow you easy access to specialists on any subject relating to historic buildings and landscapes whether it concerns building, financial, tax or other matters. Sometimes we cannot answer a complex question in the normal manner by e-mail because there will be a number of other factors to be taken into account. In such cases we will either ask you to supply further details or we will arrange to visit the site and carry out an inspection. This ensures that our answer really provides the best solution to your unique set of circumstances.

a number of provisos or other qualifications. This may
lead to the enquiry needing to be developed (where appropriate)
with site visits/inspections as part of our further
