For clients wanting a more comprehensive service in terms of time or work range beyond the two free enquiries included in the subscription, credits are available in half hour or hourly blocks.
To proceed further, once you have subscribed and used up your two included questions you will need to purchase another specialist enquiry , starting in the enquiry how many hours of time / or credit amount you wish to purchase. We will then respond with an e mail attaching the cost as a link – when you click on this blue link it will take you to the checkout in order to pay for your chosen amount of credits.
Credits that are un-used at the end of the normal subscription period can be rolled over to the next subscription year subject to a small administration charge.
