When you have subscribed and you decide that you want further specialist service from HBAS, this is quite easy to achieve. There are two ways of doing this:

You can purchase a block of additional time by going to your member enquiry portal and requesting a specified number of hours or for a fixed amount of money to purchase a block of hours. We will then respond with an e-mail attaching the cost as a link – when you click on this blue link it will take you to the checkout in order to pay for your chosen amount of credits. Then, as we undertake the work for you, a fee will be quoted in advance and that will be deducted from the block of credit. Where Credits are unused at the end of the yearly subscription period they can be rolled over to the next subscription year, subject to a small administration charge.

You can send us details of your enquiry or the type of help that you want from us and we will provide you with a fixed fee for the amount of work we consider will be involved, together with a specification of what we will do for you. That e-mail will contain the fee cost as a link – when you click on the link you will be taken to the checkout in order to pay the fee for that element of work. Once payment has been made, we will let you know when we can start the requested work.

When a member has used the two e-mail enquiries that are included in the annual subscription, further e-mail enquiries can be made at a charge of £75.00 per hour, billed in ten minute blocks. We will never proceed with a question which will incur a charge until we have the agreement of the member to do so.
